Pick a time that suits you. You will speak to the specialist who would look after your account, not a salesperson, and you will come off the call knowing what is recoverable, what it would cost you, and what we would tell you to leave alone.
The calendar is provided by Cal.com, so choosing a time loads their booking page inside this one and sets cookies on their domain. Nothing you type there reaches us until you confirm the booking. Our cookies page lists it, and the privacy notice explains what we do with what you tell us.
A Clearline specialist: the person who would run your account, read your ledger and make the judgement calls on it. There is no sales team to be handed on to afterwards, and nobody on the call is paid on commission.
No. If you want to make the call more useful, having a rough figure for what is overdue and how old it is helps, and if you can export an aged debtor report before we speak we can look at the real numbers together rather than talking in the abstract. Neither is required.
Yes, if you want to. You can run the free scan beforehand and we will talk through your own report, or you can send the export afterwards. We do not need access to your accounting system to have the conversation, and any connection we set up later is read-only.
Both are worth asking about. We work small invoices that agencies turn away, because the process is the same whether it is £600 or £16,000. Very old debt is harder and priced accordingly, and where it is past the six-year limitation period, or the customer is in liquidation, we will tell you that rather than take the instruction.
It is a call about whether we can help, which sometimes ends with us saying we cannot. The fee is published on this site either way: 10, 15 or 25% of what we collect by the age of the debt, or 8, 12 or 20% for subscribers, and nothing at all if we recover nothing.
The free scan reads your aged debtor report and comes back in about a minute with what is recoverable, the statutory interest and compensation on it, and a Companies House check on every customer.
