Reviews

What clients say. Only when they have said it.

Every review on this page comes from a named client with a case we have actually worked, published as written. We do not write them, buy them, or trade a discount for them.

The first reviews land when the first cases close.

Clearline opened in September 2026. A review is asked for once, when a case is settled or a ledger has been through its first cycle, and it goes up here only if the client says so and it is theirs. Until then this page says so rather than showing you something invented.

How reviews work here

Three rules, kept in code as well as in writing.

Only from a real case

A review is published against a case reference we hold. If we did not work the ledger, it does not go up, however kind it is.

Published as written

We correct nothing beyond removing a debtor's name where one has been mentioned. A three-star review goes up the same as a five.

Asked once, never chased

One request, after the case closes. No reminders, no incentive, no template. The rest of our contact limits apply to our own clients too.

If you are a client and want to leave one, reply to your closing statement or write to hello@clearline.co.uk quoting your case reference. If you are a debtor who wants to tell us how we treated you, the same address reaches a person, and our complaints procedure is there if it was not right.
